NEEL UNDERWATER SERVICES was established on August 15th 1982, handling all sorts of underwater works. They take pride to disclose that our firm was headed by an Indian Naval trained personnel, who have worked in this field both in India and abroad and now managed by (PADI) Master Scuba Diver Trainer and working in this field from 1998 till date.
